The necessity of central air conditioning maintenance:
To ensure that central air conditioning equipment effectively performs its function, operating efficiently, safely, and economically, daily maintenance is very important. The chilled water system, often replenished with tap water through tanks, also experiences these phenomena.
Long-term operation of central air conditioning equipment causes wires and components to heat up and age, leading to loose or detached connections, poor contact, and phase loss. AC contactors and thermal relays may also develop faults like poor contact or open circuits.
